This was the best culinary adventure I have ever had. Everything was so well thought out and executed. Staff was attentive but not invasive. The limited capacity seating concept makes for a unique, intimate, and interactive dining experience. It's not often you get to witness an artist at the top of their field firsthand let alone enjoy their art with them. Pray chef is serving the poached sturgeon dish when you go.

Superb - this is not a meal, it is a complete artistic experience, a sensual adventure. Every dish is a integrated whole, visually exquisite, accompanied by carefully selected music - and wine if you wisely chose the pairings. There is a rhythm to the entire performance, crescendo to the more intense dishes, then quieting to the more subtle and refined. Skate with green almonds, wagyu beef...these are not random combinations. Each plate is complete unto itself, and part of a larger whole. Don't hesitate - this is worth doing!

A few co workers and I decided to try this place out. The food was decent, but not worth the price at all. Definitely a decent combination of courses, but again I was just disappointed with the overall flavor profile of the food. Great presentation (We eat with our eyes before our stomach), but the food was average and definitely not worth the price point. I look forward to trying Stone Flower again in the future. The chef has a lot of potential to be realized.

I had a privilege and opportunity to meet Chef Jacob and his team. This was the best culinary experience of my life. The food, presentation and the atmosphere were all breathtaking. I strongly recommend this place for special days and celebrations. Must go!

I had one of the best meals of my life on Saturday May 18th at Stone Flower. This was Stone Flower’s opening weekend and wow what a fantastic place Jacob and his team has create for serving his world class dishes. I am sort of a foodie and have dined at over 30 Michelin Three Star restaurants in the US and Europe in the last couple of years and I favor Stone Flower over most any of those. Stone Flower’s facility is awesome - very chic and comfortable, but not stuffy. Chicago has been in need of more fine dinning restaurants that can compete with great restaurants in NYC and Paris, and Stone Flower’s opening is a shining star in Chicago for those foodies that like near perfection. Congratulations to Jacob and his delightful and efficient team for providing what I consider a Three Star experience. Stone Flower will be at the top of my list whenever I visit Chicago, and also when l am asked to recommend the finest dining in America. PS: I noticed several trolls have posted negative feedback, with no facts about their dining experience. One comment was even posted way before Stone Flower had even opened - go figure. Stone Flower is world class and awesome.
